CTT with new customer service phone lines

CTT – Correios de Portugal simplified the customer service channels, to make its services more efficient.
This channel reorganization, in force since July 1st, aims at facilitating the contact and stimulating the self-care services provided at CTT’s digital channels. This initiative follows the communication strategy that privileges the CTT Brand as a unique communication channel.
The voice channel will provide 2 phone lines per customer segment and with standard working hours, enabling a more oriented and specialized service: Mail and Express Services for private customers and Corporate Services for companies.
Private customers have now a line with the prefix number 21 (21 047 16 16), available on working days from 08h30 to 19h30. Customers may request information about mail, savings solutions, insurances and transfers, philately services and products, ViaCTT and digital mailboxes, among other subjects.
Corporate customers have now the single number 707 for all corporate services. The phone line is available on working days from 08h30 to 19h30, and the corporate customers (contractual or not) may request the booking of services, follow or change parcels, request information on new products and services, billing information, among other subjects.
The Payshop customer service line has now a new position and a new name: Payment Services Line (707 100 174) where there is also the Toll Payment Service, previously integrated at the CTT Phone Line. This phone line is available on working days from 08h30 to 19h30 and should be used for information on toll payment services and products, and on Payshop.
The reorganization of the customer service channels also improves the customer experience on the written channel. CTT will soon be implementing a single and intelligent form, available at ctt.pt.
